1. What is 'My Account'? How do I update my information?

My Account' is a tool to manage all your transactions on Preksh.com. You can easily manage/edit your personal information like address, phone numbers, email ids, change your password and track the status of your orders with different stores. It is easy to update your Preksh account and view your orders any time through 'My Account'.

2. How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your order has been logged and payment authorization has been received, Preksh confirms receipt of the order and begins processing it. You will receive an email containing the details of your order when the store receives it and confirms the same. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time.

3. Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?

Unfortunately, products listed as 'Out of Stock' are not available for immediate purchase. You can directly raise a query with the specific store using the 'Enquiry' feature. Here you take a snapshot of the item and Preksh ensures that your query reaches the store.

1. I see different prices for the same product in different stores. Why?

The stores have complete control over the pricing of their respective products. The stores may have different prices due to various reasons such as different services being offered and difference in shipping charges based on your location. Sometimes, a store may be offering you a bigger discount just to win your order over a competing store. Preksh is only a marketplace where stores are trying to win your order.

2. Can I get an order gift wrapped?

The stores featured on Preksh may offer the option to gift-wrap certain products at an additional cost for specific products only. This feature may not be available for all the products due to shipping and/or packing constraints.

1. What are the payment options which Preksh provides me?

At Preksh you can shop with any of the following options
1. Visa, MasterCard and American Express Credit Cards
2. Debit card for all major banks
3. We currently support Net banking for 32 banks in India including all major banks like ICICI, HDFC, Citibank, SBI, Axis etc.
We also support the all new 'Store Pick-Up' facility where you can place your order using Preksh.com, and the pickup the item directly from the store in your free time, and make the payment then and there in cash to the store

2. Can I shop at Preksh using an international credit card?

Of course! You can use your international credits cards, while shopping at Preksh. However there would be an added transaction fees levied by the bank. You can use your MasterCard/Visa/American Express card to make purchase at Preksh.com

3. Is EMI available on products?

EMI or Equated Monthly Instalments is not offered by Preksh. However if you are making the purchase using your credit card, the same may be converted into EMI by your issuer bank.

1. Can I cancel my order?

At Preksh we value your choice. You can cancel the order any time before the product is shipped. However, no cancellations are allowed once the product is shipped by the store.

2. Can I return the product I have received?

We will replace any order within the specified time for each product, if you receive a product which is not as per the specifications ordered by you,

  • a. Wrong Size
  • b. Wrong Colour
  • c. Wrong Quantity
  • d. Defective
  • e. Damaged, Or
  • f. Significantly different from the description given by the merchant

However do make sure that the merchandise has not been used/tampered with, as well as is accompanied by its original price tag and packing slip.
